Unlike Life Coaching the objective is to use hypnosis to access the subconscious mind to resolve issues quickly.

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring phenomenon, a state of mind that we experience many times every day of our lives. To understand it better we must first understand the power of the subconscious mind. It is a resource we can tap into for creativity and it is responsible for maintaining our bodies in good health and for all the autonomic processes we take for granted, such as breathing, blood circulation and tissue repair.
